daily water bottles immaculate housekeeping breakfast quality

I found complimentary water bottles in my room daily! Housekeeping kept everything immaculate! The comfortable beds and rainfall showers definitely stood out. I appreciated the variety and quality at breakfast. It had plenty of choices!

Finding a waiter around the pool was sometimes slow.

The hotel is in a nice position right on the beachfront! There is easy access to the beach and a boardwalk to stretch the legs! The hotel's location meant I could easily access nearby restaurants.

clean room breakfast buffet deposit refund bank blame

the rooms were spacious and very clean. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and excellent quality. i have not seen that often.

the hotel charged a deposit, they assured it would be refunded. only a portion of the deposit was returned, it was a real problem. the hotel blamed the bank, but my statement shows the issue.
